Emergencies Involving Your Water Service
If you are experiencing an emergency situation involving your water service with Public Water Supply District #5, please contact the following people, in the order shown below.
Step One: Call the PWSD #5 Office
The Fair Grove Public Water Supply #5 office may be reached during business hours at 417-759-7066. Water department employees will activate resources quickly to address any emergency situation with your water service.
Step Two: Call the PWSD #5 Superintendent
Tom Gourley is the water superintendent for PWSD #5 and may be reached at 417-759-7338 or on his cellular phone at 417-224-1305. Superintendent Gourley is the first person to call, if you do not reach other water department employees at the office number.
Step Three: Call the PWSD #5 Board President
If the office is closed, or the water superintendent is unavailable, PWSD #5 president Richard Icenhower may be reached at either of his personal numbers. Those numbers are 417-759-2749 or 417-830-8478.
Only call PWSD #5 President Richard Icenhower if you have not had success reaching Superintendent Tom Gourley or other water employees at the PWSD #5 office.

All other calls made directly to emergency contractors may result in those costs being passed directly to you, affecting your total water bill or your access to water services.
For all other emergencies, please call 911.
